Express Employment is looking for an Inside Sales/ Customer Service Rep.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
Pay: $18/hour plus commission base
Location: Oroville, CA
Job Description:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Provide inside sales and customer service support
- Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, websites
- Respond to customer questions, requests, and product inquiries
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain organized customer records
- Demonstrate strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and customer requests efficiently
- Have basic mechanical aptitude and an understanding of measurements, dimensions, and how products fit together
- Learn and develop knowledge of a variety of products and applications
- Research and occasionally order products, parts, materials, or office supplies
- Assist with miscellaneous office duties and administrative tasks as needed
- Work well independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of current experience
- Knowledge of Customer Service by online, phone, retail, face-to-face
- Clean background check
