Job Full Description
Express Employment is looking for a dependable and motivated individual who can effectively coordinate sales and logistics operations while working from home. This position requires 2-3 years of current experience.
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay: $20/Hour
Location: Oroville, CA

Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Process and track customer orders.
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or order issues.
- Maintain accurate sales and shipping records.
- Attend virtual meetings and communicate through phone, email, and online collaboration tools.
- Work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining regular communication with the team.
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or order processing preferred.
- Experience with CRM, order management, inventory, shipping, or logistics software is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer systems.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace.
