Office Administrator
Location: Garden Grove, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: Starting at $24/hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our client's Controller and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks. If you're proactive, organized, and looking for a long-term opportunity in a stable work environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter customer and invoice data accurately into QuickBooks

Support general office administrative functions

Coordinate and complete office errands as needed

Work closely with the Controller to maintain efficient systems and organization

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
