Kitting Associate – First Shift (6:00 AM) | $19/hr
Location: Costa Mesa / Santa Ana Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Kitting Associate to support a growing manufacturing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys focused, structured tasks and takes pride in doing things accurately the first time.
What You’ll Do

Pick a variety of small parts according to the exact quantities required

Place components into small plastic bags and seal them using a stapler

Maintain accuracy and consistency in every kit produced

Follow written instructions and work at a steady, efficient pace

Keep your workspace organized and safe
Expected Results

Complete all assigned kits accurately, with minimal rework

Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the entire shift

Meet daily production goals consistently
Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to sit for 7+ hours performing repetitive tasks

Strong focus and attention to small details

Comfortable working independently in a quiet, production-based environment
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in kitting, assembly, or light manufacturing preferred

Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 6:00 AM start time
