Administrative Support / Administrative Assistant
Location: Orange County, CA (office-based)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (typical business hours)
Pay: $22+/hour DOE
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, professional Administrative Support / Administrative Assistants for our clients located in Costa Mesa and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support — answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and managing mail/correspondence.

Maintain organized, accurate filing systems (digital and/or paper).

Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation (spreadsheets, reports, forms, etc.).

Support other staff members with clerical tasks, such as copying, scanning, printing, and distribution of documents.

Help coordinate internal communications and office logistics (ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, ordering office items, etc.).

Occasionally assist with basic bookkeeping, tracking invoices/expenses, or other light office-admin financial support (depending on company needs).

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Perform other office tasks and special projects as assigned.
What We Are Looking For

Comfort with common office software (e.g. MS Office / Google Workspace — Word, Excel/Sheets, Outlook/Gmail).

Previous office or administrative experience is a plus — but not always required if you demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
