Location: Santa Ana, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Overtime Weekly & Saturdays as Needed
About the Role
A pharmaceutical company in Santa Ana is seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This is an all-around warehouse role ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and is open to cross-training in multiple warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment

Perform shipping duties using UPS / WorldShip

Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse environment

Manage inventory through cycle counts and manual counts
-
Perform data entry using computer systems, as well as paper & pencil documentation
-
Use basic tools and equipment (forklift, pallet jack, broom, etc.)

Assist with pulling, bending, reaching, and lifting materials
-
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Support general warehouse tasks and cross-train as needed
-
Work overtime and Saturdays as required
Qualifications
Required:
-
3+ years stable warehouse or distribution experience
-
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical warehouse work

Comfortable with pulling, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
-
Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word

Punctual, responsible, and dependable

Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:

Forklift experience (certification a plus, not required)

Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated warehouse environment
