Job Title: Production / Mechanical Assembly Worker
Pay Range: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Day shift (Overtime as needed)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a dependable Mechanical Assembly Worker to support hands-on production and assembly operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, following detailed instructions, and building quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, or blueprints

Use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, torque tools, etc.) safely and efficiently

Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met

Perform basic troubleshooting and rework as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality
Qualifications

6+ months of experience in mechanical assembly, production, or manufacturing

Ability to read and follow work instructions or basic mechanical drawings

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
