Concierge / Coordinator (Contract) – Immediate Hiring
Pay: $25/hour + $20 daily mileage
Job Type: Contract (Short-term, up to 3 weeks)
Schedule: Swing Shift
• 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Five consecutive days per week; weekends also available
Locations: Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach & Newport Beach

Job Description:
We are seeking professional, service-oriented Concierge / Coordinators to assist doctors and nurses traveling between hotels and medical facilities. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that serves as the primary point of contact during arrival and departure. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Check in doctors and nurses upon arrival

Direct staff to appropriate shuttles or buses

Communicate with drivers, hotel staff, and medical personnel

Report scheduling or routing issues in real time

Maintain accurate check-in records

Provide exceptional customer service

Ensure smooth and professional transportation operations
Qualifications:

Professional, well-spoken, customer service–focused demeanor

Presentable appearance for a front-facing role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with early morning and swing shifts

Experience in hospitality, logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred
Additional Information:
This is a short-term contract role with immediate start. Assignment length may be up to three weeks based on operational needs.
