Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Batching / Mixing Associate. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials according to production formulas and specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to production formulas and batch sheets

Follow work orders and production instructions to prepare batches accurately

Operate mixing, blending, and batching equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency and quality of product
-
Record batch information and maintain accurate production documentation

Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies in materials
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards
-
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Assist with material handling, including moving raw materials and finished products
-
Support inventory counts and production operations as needed
Qualifications

Previous experience in batching, mixing, production, or manufacturing

Ability to follow written instructions and production formulas

Basic math skills for measuring and weighing materials

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
