Machine Operator (Manufacturing / Production Operator)
Location: Costa Mesa / Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities Available
Pay: $20.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a variety of manufacturing and production teams.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience operating production equipment, manufacturing machinery, or automated systems who take pride in producing quality work, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment and machinery

Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting

Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met

Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and operating procedures

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications

Previous machine operating, manufacturing, or production experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
