Express Employment of Downey is currently seeking ORDER PICKERS for a logistics company in the city of Compton!
Schedule: Morning shift - start time will constantly vary from 6AM to 8AM (12 to 14 HOUR SHIFTS - MANDATORY OVERTIME FROM DAY 1! MUST BE ADAPTABLE TO ALL OVERTIME)
Pay: $17.00 an hour ($25.50 an hour overtime rate)
Qualifications:
- Must live within 5 miles of Compton area
- Clean background REQUIRED
- Must have personal vehicle or secure carpool/transportation
- Bilingual is a PLUS but not required (fluent English is a MUST)
- Experience using RF scanners
- Must be able to withstand physically demanding tasks (constant heavy lifting - up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to follow instructions
- Work well on a team or independently
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload product
- Pick/pack orders
- Box and shrink wrap items for delivery
- Build pallet for orders
- Help organize warehouse and maintain inventory organized
- Other tasks as needed or required (MUST BE ADAPTABLE)
