Express Employment Professionals of Downey is currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP for a well-established company in Paramount, CA.
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM + possible overtime (if needed)
PAY: $22.00 to 24.00 an hour (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: long-term, temp to permanent hire
Qualifications:
- 3+ years customer service experience within a B2B environment
- Bilingual - fluent English and Mandarin REQUIRED
- Familiarity with multi-line phones
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Data entry/order processing
- Assist customers via phone, email and in-person
- Accompany sales rep to customer warehouse locations to help introduce product
- Answer emails and phone calls from customers, sales reps and operations team
