Express Employment Professionals of Downey is currently seeking a TEMP CUSTOMER SERVICE REP for a well-established engineering company in Cudahy, CA.
*THIS IS A TEMP POSITION!
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM + possible overtime
PAY: $21.00 to $23.00 an hour (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: temp/contract (4 months but may extend)
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- 2+ years CSR experience within an office setting REQUIRED (retail not applicable)
- Must be bilingual (fluent English & Spanish)
- Familiarity with multi-line phones
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and provide customer service
- Update client/customer information in database
- File documents
- Other tasks as assigned
