Office Administrative Assistant
Sun Valley, CA
Full time – Temp to hire
Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm
$20hr to $22hr depending on experience.
A leading producer of Flex, Rigi-Flex and Rigid PCB's and advanced PWB manufacturing for military and consumer industries is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team in Sun Valley.
Summary: Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support the owners in daily operations. This role is a temp-to-hire, full-time position, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in office support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist company owners with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage invoicing and related billing tasks.
- Assist with shipping coordination.
- Maintain organized office records and files.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior office administration experience preferred.
