HRIS Analyst
70K-90K / DOE
9:00am-6:00pm
Hybrid: Office M/W/F | Remote T/Th
We’re seeking a skilled and analytical HRIS Analyst to join the Human Resources team at a growing pharmaceutical company. This is a hybrid position where you’ll work closely with the HR Director and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance our HR systems, streamline processes, and maximize the use of our technology. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert and technical point of contact for system-related needs, data integrity, and process improvement. This position also supports key HR functions such as maintaining employee records and assisting with new hire onboarding. The first 90 days will be onsite only to support training and team integration. You are applying through Express Employment Professionals, an award-winning Staffing Firm, for this long-term position.
HRIS Analyst Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain optimal functionality of the HRIS, including system updates, configuration, and vendor coordination.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users across the company.
- Maintain and update accurate employment records within the HRIS.
- Help onboard new hires by ensuring timely system setup and documentation.
- Serve as the technical point-of-contact for system-related issues and improvements.
- Manage system permissions, user access, and data security settings.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to streamline workflows and implement system enhancements.
- Conduct system testing and support upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain reports and queries to support HR operations and leadership decisions.
- Ensure data integrity through audits, testing, and continuous monitoring.
- Lead or support HRIS projects that improve efficiency and automation.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- May hire, train, and oversee HRIS support staff as needed.
- Create user documentation and assist with training HR and system users.
- Stay current on HR technology trends and recommend relevant system updates or tools.
HRIS Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years of HRIS experience; team leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
