Blender/Mixer
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour / DOE
Monday-Friday / 5:00 am to 1:30 pm
We are currently seeking an experienced Blender/Mixer to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have prior mixing experience in an industrial or food production environment and be capable of following precise recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role is critical to ensuring product consistency, safety, and quality. You are applying through Express Employment Professionals, an award-winning Staffing Firm.
Blender/Mixer Responsibilities:
- Accurately follow batch recipes and SOPs to blend materials
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure proper consistency and quality
- Load raw materials into mixers according to established guidelines
- Record data and input information into production systems
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to safety standards
- Assist with moving materials using a sit-down forklift (as needed)
Blender/Mixer Requirements:
- 3–4 years of prior experience in a blending/mixing role in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Forklift experience (sit-down) is a plus
- Must own and wear steel toe work boots
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Must be able to lift and stand for extended periods
