$21.50 per hour
Monday Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm
An apartment complex in the city of Santa Fe Springs is seeking dedicated Groundskeeper to join the team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment community. You are applying with Express Employment Professionals.
Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the out door grounds, including picking up trash and debris.
- Power and pressure wash sidewalks, walkways, and building exteriors.
- Use equipment such as power washers, dustpans, and trash bins effectively.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, including moving and emptying trash bins.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Groundskeeper Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Previous experience in grounds keeping or a similar outdoor maintenance role preferred.
- Proficiency in operating power washers and other cleaning equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
