Customer Service Representative / E-commerce
$17.25 per hour
Monday to Friday / 8:30am-5:00pm
A growing furniture company seeking an E-commerce CSR to be responsible for handling customer inquiries and support through email and other online communication platforms. This role requires strong written English skills, excellent computer abilities, and a customer-first mindset. E-commerce CSR Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and online messages
- Assist customers with order information, product questions, returns, and other inquiries
- Communicate clearly in written English to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Monitor e-commerce platforms and respond to customer reviews/messages as needed
E-commerce CSR Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
