Logistics Coordinator
Monday - Friday / 9:30am -6:00pm
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour, DOE
A leading pharmaceutical company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join the team. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily shipping and receiving activities. Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing deliveries in a timely and organized manner
- Unload pallets and verify shipment contents for accuracy and quality
- Accurately input all medications into the pharmacy ERP system and store them in the designated areas. All other items are documented and redirected to their proper locations.
- Replenish shipping materials and maintain adequate stock levels
- Create and maintain logs, records, and documentation for all shipments
- Identify, report, and document any shipping or receiving errors
- Assist with basic inventory tasks as needed
- Safely lift and move packages up to 30–40 lbs using carts or pallet jacks
- Communicate effectively with delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and management
- Handle and process shipments involving prescription (Rx) products in compliance with regulations
Logistics Coordinator Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations
- Organizational skills sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Data entry skills required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is a plus
