Construction Technician
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
Monday- Friday 7am-4pm w some OT
Saturdays as needed and an on-call rotation
A growing restoration company in the city of Cerritos is looking for a dependable and professional Construction Technician. This role would require previous handyman/construction background. Construction Technician Responsibilities
- Drywall installation: Hanging, taping, and texture.
- Painting
- Finish Carpentry: Doors, trim, and baseboards
- Some plumbing: setting fixtures or removing
- Some electrical: Setting fixtures
- Appliance and cabinet installation experience is a plus.
Construction Technician Requirements
- Previous handyman or construction experience
- Must have a valid Driver license
- Willingness to work occasionally on-call shifts, evenings or weekends and holidays.
- Previous restoration or construction background
- Lift 50 lbs regularly
- Climb ladders and work in tight spaces
- Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
