A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision machining team. This role requires programming, setting up, and operating a variety of CNC and conventional machines to produce high-precision aerospace components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, flexibility, and experience with advanced CNC programming software, machine setup, and blueprint interpretation. CNC Programmer Responsibilities:

• Independently set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional mills and lathes, including Okuma, Mori Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, and Mazak machines
• Create CNC programs using programming software and edit programs directly at the machine as required
• Perform complex machine setups, including tool selection, fixture alignment, offsets, and verification
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and specifications to determine machining sequences, tolerances, and setup requirements
• Conduct pre-run checks, trial runs, and continuous monitoring to ensure parts meet quality standards
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists to move materials and components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety protocols

CNC Programmer Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Mill Programmer
• Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC Mill machines
• Strong ability to create CNC programs using software and edit programs using precision measuring instruments
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints
• 3+ years of CNC machining and programming experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with Okuma, Mori Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, and Mazak machines
• Ability to independently perform complex setups and programming across multiple machines
• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and hoists
• Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
