Job Full Description

Our newly renovated outpatient clinic in Sherman Oaks, providing a wide range of physical therapy and related services, is looking to add another Physical Therapist to help with patient care and join our growing team. We provide orthopedics and pain management for adults, utilizing evidence-based techniques including manual therapy, IPA/NKT interventions, laser therapy, blood flow restriction training, and Pilates. In this role, you will work one-on-one with patients, assessing movement and function, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients through exercises and therapies to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.


Compensation:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Certified Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients to assess physical condition, symptoms, and functional limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Teach patients therapeutic exercise techniques and monitor progress
  • Provide therapeutic massage and manual therapy interventions as appropriate
  • Assist patients with equipment such as walkers or wheelchairs
  • Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment goals
  • Advise patients and families on in-home exercises and treatment options
  • Provide general support to maintain a safe and organized treatment environment


Certified Physical Therapist Qualifications & Qualities:

  • Skilled clinician with hands-on experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal physical therapy
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be licensed in the State of CA
  • DPT Degree and passed NPTE as well as Jurisprudence Exam from PT board of CA.
  • Prior Physical Therapist Experience
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care and professional growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player
