Express Employment of Laguna Hills is recruiting for an Assembler for an eye wear manufacturer in Irvine, CA. This position is evaluation to hire, full time, day shift, paying around $20-$23/Hr. DOE.
Position Summary:
The Assembler/Quality Control Technician will be responsible for assembling small eyeglass frames and ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality. This role requires strong attention to detail with small parts, steady hands, and the ability to follow precise work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble small eyeglass frame components using small hand tools
- Inspect finished frames for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools
- Record inspection data and report quality issues to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in small manufacturing or assembly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
