Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Quality Inspector for a plastic manufacturing company located in San Clemente. Paying Up to $25.00 Hourly Evaluation to hire.
Schedule is 1st Shift Mon-Fri
Job purpose:
To maintain product quality and ensure parts are in conformance to specifications according to work instructions and supplied drawings. To Inspect, prepare, package, and label molded parts for shipments. To accurately enter final inspection data into databases.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Inspect molded parts according to customer drawings and work instructions with the use of standard measuring equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, torque gauges, coordinate measurement machine or CMM and Optical Comparators
- Use ISO 2859-1 Sample plans
- Log inspection results into excel
- Enter manufacturing data into various company databases
- Maintain the preservation of quality records and documents to prevent part mix-ups and cross contamination.
- Ensure quality and inspection docs are completed with accuracy
- Count and package finished goods according to customer specifications and or work instructions.
- Advise QC Manager of problems found during inspection
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Comply with Quality System procedures and company policies
