Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $50,000
- Uncapped commissions, permanent residuals, and bonuses
- Expected earnings: $60,000 in year one, $75,000+ in year two
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401K, holiday, and vacation package
As an Employment Specialist for Office Services, you’ll manage every step of the hiring process for administrative professionals: from sourcing talent and interviewing candidates to presenting job offers and partnering with hiring managers. You’ll also contribute directly to our business development goals through sales efforts and client relationship management.

Build relationships with clients and identify staffing needs

Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers

Collaborate with your team to meet weekly and monthly goals
Do you have the following skills/experience?

Excellent written and verbal communication

Confidence in building relationships in-person and through social media

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, CRM, ATS tools)

1–2 years of experience in customer service, recruiting, or sales

Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required
