Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Maintnance Worker for a company located in Laguna Woods. This is am contract to hire position paying up to $22.00/hr. Full-time, day shift; M-F 8am - 5pm
Job Details
- Assist with cleaning facility and other areas as needed
- Wipe down touch points, clean carpets/floors, etc.
- Ensure facility and buildings are always maintained in a professional and safe manner.
- Maintain all tools and storage areas in a clean and safe manner.
- Assist with some side projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to communicate and work well with others.
