Express Employment Professionals is recruiting SMT Operators for a fast-growing Electrical manufacturing company located in Aliso Viejo. This is a full-time, Eval to Hire position.
Pay: DOE $20-$25/Hr.
Schedule: M-F 1:30PM-9:30PM Some Overtime!
Job Description:
- Set up machines and operate SMT Machinery
- Perform loading and unloading to and from the machine independently.
- Set up the feeder to machine per set up.
- Perform the simple machine changeover.
- Troubleshoot/ program if needed
- Make sure all process tools, stencils, or fixtures are in-house before starting the set-up process.
- Touch-up soldering and repair work of defects generated by the machine.
- Ensure the assembled product meets compliance standards.
- Inspection on parts
Job Requirements:
- SMT Machine operator exp!!
- Great verbal and written communication
Machine Used:
- Ekra - Serio 4000 - Screen Solder Printer
- Saturn - Solder Inspection
- Hitachi E-G4 - Pick and Place
- Heller Oven
