Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills, is recruiting an Office Manager / HR Coordinator for a fast-growing product distribution company located in Irvine

Service Line: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay: $60k - $65k salary

Schedule: M-F from 9:00am to 5:30pm

Responsibility:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for daily employee needs for a staff of ~25 people.
  • Coordinate and process new hire onboarding and employee file management.
  • Handling employee engagement activities such as events, celebrations, and culture initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll entries
  • Oversee office operations to ensure a smooth workflow and well-organized environment.
  • Utilize NetSuite ERP for reporting and process support.
  • Create and manage documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, maintaining a positive and professional environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management, HR coordination, or administrative roles; CPG industry experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with ADP
  • Exposure to ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • No specific education required—experience and skills valued most.
