Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills, is recruiting an Office Manager / HR Coordinator for a fast-growing product distribution company located in Irvine
Service Line: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay: $60k - $65k salary
Schedule: M-F from 9:00am to 5:30pm
Responsibility:
- Serve as the first point of contact for daily employee needs for a staff of ~25 people.
- Coordinate and process new hire onboarding and employee file management.
- Handling employee engagement activities such as events, celebrations, and culture initiatives.
- Assist with payroll entries
- Oversee office operations to ensure a smooth workflow and well-organized environment.
- Utilize NetSuite ERP for reporting and process support.
- Create and manage documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, maintaining a positive and professional environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in office management, HR coordination, or administrative roles; CPG industry experience a plus.
- Familiarity with ADP
- Exposure to ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- No specific education required—experience and skills valued most.
