Administrative Support – Engineering Firm (Costa Mesa)
Service Line: Evaluation to Hire
Pay: $20–$24/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

 

Express Employment Professionals – Laguna Hills is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for a reputable engineering firm in Costa Mesa.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize records, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.

  • Record and track all sales order numbers in Excel.

  • File, scan, and document all sales orders accurately.

  • Monitor inventory levels using company tools and reorder supplies as needed.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support periodic audits.

  • Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all work assignments.

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures.

  • Follow up and follow through on all assigned tasks and directives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of general office or administrative experience.

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer use.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
