Business Developer – Outside Sales | $52,000 Base + Commission (Guaranteed $68,000 in Year 1)
Location: Laguna Hills, CA (Territory includes Irvine, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, San Clemente, and Mission Viejo)
Type: Full-time, In-person
We’re looking for a Business Developer (Outside Sales Representative) who’s energized by meeting new people, driven by results, and excited to make a real difference in their community.
What You’ll Do:

Drive daily to meet with local business owners and hiring managers in person

Build long-term client relationships by identifying staffing and workforce solutions

Collaborate closely with our internal recruiting team to meet client needs

Represent Express Employment at community events and networking opportunities

Experienced in outside sales, customer-facing, or community outreach roles (preferred)
