Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Logistics Administrator for a fast growing Medical Device Manufacturing company in Laguna Hills.
Service Line: Evaluation To Hire, Fulltime
Pay: $23/Hr- $30/Hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Responsibility:
- Audit, review and revise invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Customer Service and Accounting departments to address billing questions, discrepancies, and payment-related issues.
- Coordinate cross-department communications to ensure smooth order-to-payment processes.
- BOOKKEEPING EXP. IS A PLUS!!!!
- Provide administrative support for production activities, including managing pick lists, coordinating pre-weigh processes, and communicating with the scheduling team.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and assisting with invoice processing.
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office and assist them as needed.
- Answer phones and route calls to appropriate people.
- Perform various clerical tasks as needed, including receiving packages, filing papers, organizing supplies, and receiving uniform orders.
- Manage, sort, and dispense incoming mail.
- Clean and tidy public office and meeting spaces
- Assist and support designated departments with tasks as assigned
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
- Assist with coordination of company events.
- Maintain inventory for office and breakroom supplies.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Bookkeeping exp. is a plus
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of office support experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
