Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting a Leasing agent for a residential apartment complex located in San Clemente.
Pay: $20-$23/Hr. DOE
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends
Days off: Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team in San Clemente. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service who enjoys working with people and creating positive resident experiences.
Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
- Sunday hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Two consecutive weekdays off: Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct community tours for prospective residents
- Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads
- Assist residents with questions and housing-related concerns
- Support resident retention efforts and provide excellent customer service
- Create and post marketing materials and resident event flyers using Canva
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, reliable, punctual and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable handling housing-related questions or concerns
- Experience using Canva and working with templates is a plus
- Professional appearance required (no open-toe shoes; business-appropriate attire)
- Tech savvy with computers, word, excel, etc.
