Express Employment Professionals in Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Warehouse Production Associate for a Manufacturing Company in San Clemente, CA. This a long-term Evaluation to Hire Position.
Schedule: Mon- Fri. Possible OT Saturdays
From 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Production Associate will play a crucial role in the operations by inspecting, filling, and packaging bottle caps on conveyor belts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow conveyor belt pace to inspect, fill, and package bottle caps according to company standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in product assembly.
Conduct quality control checks on finished products to identify any defects or irregularities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous 2 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required.
