Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Inventory Control Coordinator for a medical device company located in San Clemente
Service Line: Evaluation to hire, Fulltime
Pay: $20.25/Hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage the inventory and accuracy of materials across operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to order, receive, stock, and stage appropriate inventory levels.
- Work with relevant personnel to investigate and resolve inventory variances; ensure accurate adjustments are recorded.
- Perform calculations, data entry, and document inventory transactions.
- Maintain an organized workspace, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in maintaining stock of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods to support the company build plan.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to replenish raw materials in the clean room materials room.
- Stock and maintain Work In Progress (WIP) materials inside the clean room materials room.
- Support the production build plan by establishing proper Kanban levels and staging materials for the clean room.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in the clean room to support operations.
- Respond to inventory requests and support operational needs as required.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle to complete documentation, training records, and inventory checks.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs for physical inventory counts.
- Ability to work in a quality system and regulated environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
