Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is seeking an Inside Sales Recruiter to join our internal team. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced staffing environment focused on recruiting, sales, and client support.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Type: Full-Time (Internal Position)
Pay: $23–$27/hour + commission
OTE: $60K–$85K+
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open job orders
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to candidates and leads
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
- Fill job orders quickly and accurately based on client needs
- Make daily outbound sales calls to generate new client opportunities
- Support business development efforts by identifying and qualifying prospects
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and clients
- Work closely with the team to meet placement and sales goals
Requirments
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, inside sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems; able to navigate multiple systems efficiently
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay: $23.00 – $27.00/hour
- Uncapped commissions based on placements and performance
- Realistic first-year earnings of $60K – $85K+
