Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Custodian.
Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time
Pay: $18.58/Hr.
Schedule: Weekend availability required; days off are Tuesday and Wednesday
Responsibilities:

Clean common areas, laundry facilities, stairways, and shared community spaces
-
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas
-
Empty trash receptacles and remove debris
-
Clean windows, sinks, walls, floors, and other surfaces
-
Maintain cleanliness of laundry rooms and common areas
-
Assist with minor maintenance and special cleaning projects
-
Move furniture and equipment as needed
-
Follow safety procedures and cleaning schedules
-
Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
-
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Reliable and dependable attendance
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Good communication skills
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
