Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for an Order Entry Specialist to support a busy sales team.
Pay: $20/hr. - $25/hr.
Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time
Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Review and accurately enter customer purchase orders into the database
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform data entry and verify order information
- Work closely with Sales, Accounting, and Shipping to ensure order accuracy and timely processing
- Collaborate with the Accounting team regarding vendor payments
- Prioritize and manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy
- Maintain organized records and follow up on order discrepancies
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Requirements:
- Previous order entry or purchase order experience
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Accounting, and Shipping departments
- Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic
