Job Full Description
HR Administrator - $23+/hour
We are looking for a HR Administrator for a company in the city of Anaheim, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain associate database
- Document all paper trails and create investigation reports
- Document all interactions with associates
- May address issues with associates and take any corrective actions needed
- Manage HR Chat app
- Handle Federal and State documents
- Perform other tasks as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in HR department; College Graduate is okay
- HR degree or certificate is required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Knowledgeable in CA labor laws, regulations, and timekeeping/timesheet
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Great written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
