Inside/Outside Sales Representative - $22/hour to $30/hour
We are looking for an Inside/Outside Sales Representative for a company in Garden Grove, CA. The Inside/Outside Sales Representative will promote the products to new prospects and maintain relationship with clients and prospects. This position starts as an Inside Sales Representative and will transition into Outside Sales Representative. For the Outside Sales Representative, there will be base pay and commission.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Rep:
- Provide great customer service
- Resolve and follow-up on all customer concerns in a timely manner
- Handle warranty claims
- Provide price quotes to customers
- Work with outside sales team
- Delegate customers issues/problems to the appropriate channels
- May perform other duties
Outside Sales Rep:
- Conduct door-to-door sales to promote product and service
- Follow up with leads to generate sales
- Create leads through marketing platforms
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Work with inside sales team
- May perform other duties
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales is preferred
- Knowledgeable in CRM Systems
- Knowledgeable in Repfabric is a plus
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor degree is preferred
- Self-motivated with results-driven approach
- Great organizational and creative thinking skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient strategic planning skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
