Recruiter - $25/hour to $28/hour
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter for a company in Anaheim, CA. The ideal candidate will handle high volume of recruiting and have a background in retention methods/programs as well as support other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Assess applicants/ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- May assist in other HR tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of high volume recruiting
- High school diploma or GED is required
- AA or BA in Human Resources is preferred
- Great attention to details and organizational skills
- Efficient in computer usage, Microsoft Suites, E-Verify, and background checks
