Recruiter - $23 to $28/hour
We are seeking for a Recruiter for a company in Anaheim, CA. The ideal candidate will handle high volume of recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants/ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Make between 25-30 calls to candidates per day
- Ability to place 5+ candidates into work each week
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in high volume recruiting
- Prior experience recruiting for Security and Transportation roles is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulation
