HR Administrative Assistant - $20/hour to $21/hour
We are searching for a HR Administrative Assistant for a company in Anaheim, CA. The HR Administrative Assistant will assist in documentations, tracking, and training as well as assist in other departments when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the human resources department
- Record, track, and file HR communication logs
- Assist with managing supply inventory
- Assist with training, tracking, and benefits
- Other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 1+ yr in human resource department
- HS Diploma or GED is required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Great written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs
