Job Full Description
Project Coordinator - $30/hour to $35/hour
We are searching for a Project Coordinator for a company in Stanton, CA. The Project Coordinator will manage the construction projects as well as meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as uploading projects, processing change orders, filing, handling documentation, etc.
- Manage projects to ensure results meet customer's labor requirements and expectations
- Handle procurement and verification of project schedules
- Manage billing of projects and schedule of values
- Coordinate with supervisor and/or construction manager
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of electrical or construction experience
- Must have driver's license with good record
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Pro Core and/or Blue Beam is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
