Real Estate Assistant - $20/hour to $25/hour Part-Time

We are searching for a Real Estate Assistant for a company in Lakewood, CA.  The Real Estate Assistant will assist in managing client communications, marketing, and other administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients
  • Handle listing calls, assist with listing setup, order photos and signage for listings
  • Assemble and send out all outgoing mails to clients
  • Manage calendars, including house showings, reminder
  • Track inventory
  • Create and mail out marketing materials such as flyers, buyer packets, etc.
  • Maintain contacts in CRM

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License Preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Canva Preferred
  • Must have some computer skills
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skill and detail oriented
  • Must be able to lift up to 15-20 lbs
