AP Specialist $30 /hour
We are searching for a Accounts Payable Specialist for a company in Los Alamitos, CA. The AP Specialist will be responsible for process and post invoices to GP, issue payments, and other tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure all documentation and approvals are in order for payment to be issued.
· Maintain various Excel schedules and statements reconciliations.
· Review & analyze vendors for AP meetings.
Qualifications:
· Preferred Bachelors Degree.
· 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable.
· Knowledge in MS Suite, especially Excel; Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC.
· Preferred experience in Great Plains.
