Customer Service Representative - Packaging Supplies – $22-$28 /hour
We are urgently searching for a Customer Service Representative to support a packaging supply company in Anaheim, CA. This role combines customer service excellence with order processing and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enter customer orders and purchase orders (POs) accurately into the system
· Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries from customers and sales representatives
· Provide product, order, and inventory information with clarity and professionalism
· Resolve customer complaints via phone or email with empathy and efficiency
· Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
· Track and follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks based on priority
· Maintain and understand packaging inventory; assist in pulling materials when needed
· Support sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· 2 – 4 years of customer service experience in packaging supply or manufacturing
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (minimum 2 years working with spreadsheets)
· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
