Admin Staff – $21+ /hour. M-F 1st Shift
We are looking for an Admin Assistant in the city of Orange, CA. Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing support with general administrative work for other departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Quality Manager
- Assist with clerical HR function as needed.
- Conduct meetings or presentations.
- Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Admin Experience- 1 year.
- Aerospace experience preferred-1 year.
- MS Suite knowledge, QuickBooks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Effective Communicator.
