Evaluation Hire - $20 - $40+/hr, DOE
The Quality Inspector ensures that all machined aerospace components meet strict customer, industry, and regulatory requirements. This role performs in-process and final inspections, interprets technical documentation, and supports continuous improvement to maintain world-class quality standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in an aerospace or precision machining environment.
- Experience using portable CMM machine and operations. Verisurf preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret complex aerospace blueprints and specifications.
- Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection.
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP/MRP systems, digital inspection tools).
- Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- CMM Programming would be a huge plus!
