DEMAND PLANNER
Overview
A Demand Planner analyzes historical data, market trends, and business inputs to create accurate demand forecasts. They work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to balance inventory levels, reduce costs, and support revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and business intelligence tools.
- Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models to improve performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 Years Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Proficiency with forecasting software, ERP systems, and Excel
