Job Full Description
Laboratory Technician – $22 - $25 /hour DOE
Summary
Join our Anaheim team as a Laboratory Technician and play a key role in supporting daily lab operations, quality control, and product testing. You’ll prepare and analyze samples, maintain lab equipment, ensure accurate documentation, and help keep our lab safe, organized, and compliant. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about chemistry and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine laboratory testing, analysis, and quality control procedures following established protocols and SOPs.
· Handle, measure, and prepare chemical samples—including acids, solvents, and other hazardous materials—using proper PPE and safety practices.
· Perform QC testing and generate Certificates of Analysis.
· Maintain, calibrate, and clean lab equipment and work areas.
· Rotate and manage product and retain samples; dispose of expired materials safely.
· Support troubleshooting and process improvements.
· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
· Assist with training new team members and supporting audits.
Qualifications:
· 2 years recent chemical manufacturing industry lab tech experience preferred, may be combined with academic lab experience.
· BS in Chemistry preferred
· Familiarity with acids, solvents, and general chemical handling procedures.
· Strong understanding of PPE requirements and hazardous material safety practices.
