We are urgently searching for some one to join a fast‑paced, innovative team as our next Buyer. You’ll source materials, manage vendors, and keep production moving in a cutting‑edge plastics manufacturing environment. A great opportunity for someone sharp, proactive, and ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain open order reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Input purchase orders into the company’s system with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to resolve order discrepancies and support customer needs
- Enter and process job travelers
- Assist with general accounting tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and administrative support
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to support smooth operational processes
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for audits, reporting, and internal review
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting assistance, data entry, or related administrative roles
- Attention to Details, Good customer service
- High School Diploma
